We rolled out a new software update on April 14th, 2021, which prevents players from opening the poker client while running prohibited External Assistance Tools (EATs). That means you can’t play poker while using the sort of banned software that gives players an unfair advantage.  We introduced this measure to further clamp down on cheaters and create a level playing field for all our players.

How it works

Our software exclusion feature is built into the game client.  Everyone who plays at Americas Cardroom will be unable to use EATs.  If you do have trouble opening the poker client, please close any offending program and launch the poker client again.
